Yes, we provide non-medical support for people with mild dementia or cognitive decline, focusing on a stable routine, safety and emotional reassurance.

 

Yes. Our philosophy is based on care in the familiar environment of home, allowing the person to remain where they feel safe.

Yes. We provide accompaniment and transportation services, with a vehicle and driver where needed, as well as support from a social caregiver for appointments, shopping and activities.

Daily support may include, among other things:

  • assistance with personal hygiene within a non-medical framework
  • support with dressing
  • preparation of simple meals
  • light tidying of the spaces used by the person receiving care, excluding cleaning services

 

Our caregivers are selected through a strict and multi-level process, which includes:

  • personal interviews
  • assessment of experience and skills
  • review of professional attitude and ethics

We place particular emphasis on empathy, respect and discretion.

Yes. All Zenely social caregivers hold the European Care Certificate (ECC) and participate in continuous training.

Our goal is stability and continuity of care, so that a relationship of trust can be built. In the event of any change, the family is informed in good time.

We understand how important chemistry and a sense of comfort are in care.If, for any reason, the desired match is not achieved, we promptly arrange an alternative caregiver proposal, in consultation with the family.Our goal is always to create a relationship of trust and safety for everyone.

Yes. Care is not static. We provide ongoing support and supervision, and adapt our services when new needs arise.

Absolutely. We maintain consistent and open communication with the family, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.

Yes. Care is not limited to the caregiver’s presence.Each case is supervised and coordinated by a dedicated care coordinator, while we maintain consistent communication with the family.This ensures that our services remain high-quality, consistent and adapted to each person’s changing needs.

No. The first conversation involves no obligation and is completely confidential.

The cost of services is determined individually, depending on:

  • the needs of the person receiving care
  • the frequency and duration of care
  • the type of support required

Yes. We provide family caregiver respite care for hours or days, ensuring continuity of care.

Yes. We provide both long-term and temporary care solutions, arranged for hours, days or specific periods.
Temporary care is ideal in situations such as:

  • family caregiver respite
  • transitional periods
  • emergency situations

No. Our services are strictly non-medical and do not replace medical or nursing care. However, they meaningfully complement daily support.

Social caregiver services are strictly non-medical.
They do not include:

  • medical or nursing procedures
