Our Services
1. Support at Home & Daily Routines
Discreet support at home, helping older adults maintain a more comfortable, organised and consistent daily routine without compromising their independence.
This may include:
- Support for a few hours, on specific days or on a daily basis
- Assistance with personal hygiene, within a strictly non-medical scope
- Support with dressing
- Light tidying of the areas used by the person we support
- Help with organising small, everyday needs
Note:
This service does not include specialist cleaning services.
2. Companionship & Social Engagement
Human companionship is an important part of care. Zenely offers meaningful companionship and social connection, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and support emotional wellbeing.
This may include:
- Regular or occasional companionship
- Conversation, reading or gentle activities
- Support with everyday activities
- Participation in enjoyable routines
- Encouragement to maintain social contact
- A discreet and reassuring presence at home
3. Medication Reminders
Our social care professionals can remind the person we support when it is time to take their medication, in accordance with instructions provided by the family or their doctor.
This may include:
- Support in maintaining a consistent medication routine, without administering medication.
- Reminders at scheduled medication times
- Support with maintaining a consistent daily medication routine
- Updates to the family, where agreed

Zenely does not administer medication or perform medical or nursing procedures.
4. Meal Preparation & Nutrition Support
A balanced and consistent diet contributes to everyday wellbeing. Our social care professionals can assist with the preparation of simple meals and help the person we support maintain a more organised eating routine.
This may include:
- Preparation of simple meals
- Support with maintaining a regular meal routine
- Meal reminders
- Help with organising essential day-to-day meal needs
- Support on specific days of the week or whenever needed
5.Transportation & Accompaniment
Zenely provides transportation and accompaniment services, helping the person we support attend appointments, complete essential errands and participate in activities safely and comfortably.
This may include:
- Accompaniment to medical appointments
- Accompaniment for shopping, pharmacy or bank visits and other errands
- Accompaniment to social activities
- Transport by the company's vehicle with a driver, where required, or by another agreed means of transport.
- The presence of a social care professional throughout the journey
- One-off or recurring support
6. Support for People Living with Mild Dementia or Cognitive Decline
Zenely provides non-medical support for people living with mild dementia or cognitive decline, with an emphasis on a consistent routine, safety and emotional reassurance.
This may include:
- A calm and reassuring presence on agreed days and at agreed times
- Familiar, consistent routines without pressure
- Support with simple everyday activities
- Companionship and emotional reassurance
- Updates to the family about the person’s day-to-day wellbeing
7. Respite for Family Caregivers
Caring for a loved one can be demanding. Zenely provides temporary support, allowing the family caregiver time to rest or attend to personal and professional responsibilities.
Support may be provided:
- For a few hours
- On specific days
- During periods of increased need
- In urgent circumstances, subject to prior arrangement
Our aim is to maintain continuity of care so that families never feel they have to manage alone.
8. Accompanied Walks & Social Outings
Calm and discreet companionship for a walk, a visit to the park, coffee or other gentle activities outside the home.
This may include:
- A walk around the neighbourhood or in a nearby park
- Stopping for coffee or enjoying a short outing
- Gentle social engagement
- An outing adapted to the older adult’s pace and individual needs
- Weekly, monthly or occasional outings
9. Travel Companionship & Personal Travel Support
Premium companionship and support for journeys within Attica and beyond, with careful planning, a discreet presence and regular updates to the family, by prior arrangement.
This may include:
- Accompaniment on journeys by car, ferry or plane
- Assistance at an airport, port or station
- Accompaniment to a holiday home or family occasion
- Full-day or multi-day companionship, subject to a specific arrangement
